Welcome! I am so glad you are here!

​Hello! My name is Becki Welsh, and I am, first and foremost, a follower of Jesus Christ. My passion is helping children and parents heal, connect, and find rest and peace in their homes and relationships. ​ I first began working with children in 1992, where I began to recognize the role connection plays in healing familial relationships. I began working on the Needs Connection Model™. I realized that not only were families seeing success in how they interacted but neuroscience evidence to support the model was also being released. The result of decades of work is the continuously refined training and guidance you will experience with the Needs Connection Model™.

I just wanted to let you know my husband called me Monday from work to tell me he had very intentionally used the Needs-Connection model to evaluate a student and was so excited about it. During their conversation, he was able to help them process through their lack of nurturing experiences and connect some of their current actions and attitudes to this break in relationship with their now-absent mom...

We are intentionally trying to filter our conversations and mindset through the model. It has been so helpful, and we just wanted you to know we are thankful and excited about how God is already using it in our ministry.
